So Marie has some good news!! Her doctors ran a pet scan to see what the chemo has achieved.
Her cancer count was 80% less than when the chemo began. This is amazing news! Of course Marie and Luis haven’t slowed down. They still go to the theatre and to holiday parties. She has lost her beautiful hair but the cancer society in her area has a program where people getting chemo can come and get wigs and hats free of charge. There are some days when she just wants to stay in bed and lay low but this cancer didn’t know who it was tangling with! Marie Donner is a survivor.
